Another new week. It’s hard to believe we’ve been doing beans and rice for almost a month now. We’ve had so much variety that we’ve hardly noticed!
Here is what I am tenatively planning to make this week (all with beans or rice of course). I didn’t get to all my plans from last week, so maybe I’ll do some of those as well.
- Black Bean Burgers
- Meatloaf, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, salad
- Broccoli, Bean, and Cheddar Soup, rolls
- Chicken and Rice Casserole, steamed veggies
- Black Bean Pizza
- Fish Tacos, cilantro-lime rice
- leftovers
What are you making this week? If it has beans or rice in it, please, send me the recipe!!











The bean and broccoli soup sounds great! I’m adding it to next week’s plan.
I also saw a recipe with mac and cheese made with white beans blended into the cheese. Might be worth a try!
