Easter Basket Pudding Cups Snack Ingredients

Since this fun Easter Basket Pudding Cup snack idea is simple enough to make for one, or many, it doesn’t come with exact measurements or precise directions. Gather the ingredients and follow the method, adapting for the number you’re making.

We used:

• Snack Pack® pudding cups
• shredded coconut
• green food coloring
• jelly beans or candy eggs
• pipe cleaners (1 per basket snack)
• tape

Tinting the Shredded Coconut for “Grass”

Begin by tinting the coconut green to mimic Easter Basket “grass.” To tint the coconut, place in a bowl and add a few drops of food coloring. Mix with a spoon until coconut has reached the desired color.

Making Easter Basket “Handles”

Make handles for each Easter Basket Pudding Cup Snack by folding a pipe cleaner in half, and twisting the halves together. Form into a handle shape and tape onto the sides of each Snack Pack® pudding cup.

Making Easter Basket Pudding Cup Snacks

To make each snack, sprinkle coconut grass on top of a Snack Pack® pudding cup. Add jelly beans, candy eggs or anything else you want! Have fun and get creative! Kids love making this snack on their own with their favorite Easter basket add-ins.
