Cream Cheese Chicken and Rice

by pameladonnis

Nothing better than a quick crockpot meal waiting for us when we got home from church :). I love coming home to the smell of dinner being ready! We were so hungry when we got home that I didn’t take a photo before we ate, and then this is all that was left:

Cream Cheese Chicken

  • 4-6 chicken breasts (I used about a pound of boneless/skinless frozen tenders)
  • 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
  • 1 packet zesty Italian seasoning

Place all in greased Crockpot and cook on high 4-6 hours or low 8-10 hours. Serve over hot cooked rice or noodles.

This recipe is going into our favorites! We loved it and I loved how easy it was!  We served it with brown rice and were disappointed I did not double the recipe for leftovers this week! I didn’t have Italian dressing seasoning, so I substituted about 1/4 cup fat-free Italian salad dressing. Sooo good.
