Cooking with Kids: Mini Pizzas

by pameladonnis

We found another use for our FREE Pillsbury biscuits! (yes, I’m obsessed with coupons!)

Items Needed:

  • Mini pizza crusts such as: canned biscuit dough, pizza dough cut into small circles, English muffins, pita bread rounds, etc.
  • Favorite pizza sauce, pasta sauce, or BBQ sauce
  • Favorite pizza toppings

For these mini pizzas we used a can of Pillsbury Grands biscuits, BBQ sauce, cooked chicken, chopped tomatoes, green onions and cheese.

1. Roll out or flatten dough.

2. Spread with sauce.

3. Top with favorite pizza toppings.

4. Bake at 400* for about 12 minutes or until cheese is melted and dough is cooked. Eat!!
